Hi! I’m Nicole Clark, O.T. Reg. (MB). I hold a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy; advanced training in maternal mental health from Postpartum Support International; as well as additional training in infant and child development and mental health, and sensory based strategies for nervous system regulation.

I provide holistic, empathic care for mothers who feel overwhelmed and overstimulated. I help mothers self-regulate so that they can care for themselves in a way that feels balanced.
